Mission

The Waco chapter emphasized its commitment to youth programs, arts, education, Black history, and addressing challenges such as media literacy and bullying.  The organization is an essential presence in Waco-Central Texas, playing a significant role in the vibrant and evolving narrative of the local Black community.
