Re-Start Your Heart

The Waco Chapter of The Links, Incorporated, in collaboration with Hillcrest Hospital in Temple, organizes the annual Restart Your Heart program. This initiative aims to educate the Central Texas community about heart disease prevention, with a particular focus on raising awareness about its impact on the Black community.

The event provides a valuable platform for discussing heart health and promoting healthy lifestyle choices. Attendees are encouraged to dress in red to show their support for heart disease awareness. The program features a compelling keynote speaker who shares insights and information about heart health. Additionally, it's a great opportunity for attendees to come together, enjoy fellowship, and gain valuable knowledge about preventing heart diseases.
